September 22ndSeason of Shift: Rooting In to Let Go

September is the hinge month—the last golden glow before we turn inward. As the Fall Equinox approaches, we’re invited to balance light and dark, effort and ease, doing and being.

This is a time to pause and ask:

What am I ready to release—and what am I finally ready to stand firm in?

Whether it's a habit, a mindset, or a version of yourself you’ve outgrown, this month’s gathering is about letting go with intention—and rooting into what actually nourishes you.

We’re not here to burn it all down. We’re here to compost what no longer serves—and plant something deeper in its place.

Journal Prompt

“What are you holding onto that no longer fits—and what truth is asking to be rooted instead?”

Make-It Monday Speak Spotlight

Beyond the Pink: A Real Conversation About Breast Cancer

To honor the women in our circle and beyond, we’re kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month early with a powerful, eye-opening conversation.

Denise Archer will share her lived experience with breast cancer and the voices of her BC support group—women who are strong advocates for women’s health and truth-telling around the disease.

This conversation is not filtered through pink ribbons or marketing campaigns. It’s the real stuff—the realities often hidden behind slogans.

Together, we’ll begin by sharing our own assumptions and beliefs around breast cancer. Denise will then guide us through stories, statistics, and clarity, and we’ll close with a hands-on walkthrough of how to perform an effective breast exam.

This is awareness as it should be: honest, grounded, and deeply supportive.
